Do you have insurance?

Yes. We have a million dollar coverage policy made for any venue you choose.

When will we receive our photos?

You will receive your images within 16 weeks. We also send at least 25 images of sneak peaks within a week of your wedding day!

Can we have access to raw files?

We do not provide any raw files because our photos are carefully edited over several hours before delivery. The gallery that we deliver to you is in line with our style and for the sake of continuity, we choose not to release our raw images.

How many images can we expect?

Depending on which collection or al la carte item you select. For wedding collections, collection one provides 600+ images, collection two provides 800+ images, and collection three provides 1000+ images.

Do we need a second shooter?

We always suggest having a second shooter. Having a second shooter around provides you more photographs, more time, more creative shots and angles that is impossible for one shooter to provide.

Can we meet you before the wedding?

Yes! We always suggest to meet beforehand whether it is out for coffee in person or via Zoom if distance or scheduling permits! We usually check in before the wedding to talk about final details and your timeline.

Do you bring backup gear?

Yes! We always go about your wedding day with extra gear. This includes extra camera, lens, memory cards, flash, etc. We also shoot on two memory cards to assure that we have backup memory in case a memory card fails.

What should we wear for our engagement photos?

I have a Couples Guide that I'll be sending your way that will help you on choosing what to wear, and so much more. But in short, we don’t have a preference, it’s whatever makes you feel YOU and whatever makes you feel comfortable. Neutral or colorful. We’re all about it.

i've never done this whole wedding thing. any advice For getting the best photos out of my day?

Yes! In fact, we have an entire Wedding Guide that we’ll send you full of tips. If you do not have a planner creating a timeline for you, we can also help you create your entire photo timeline to make sure the day runs seamlessly and we have time for all the photos you’ll ever need.

What do we do if it's raining at our session?

Before your wedding day or couple session, we will check the weather and confirm with you and your fiance how you feel about having to shoot under the rain. As photographers, we are prepared to shoot under any kind of weather!

I don't know how to pose for photos- help!

No worries! We totally get it. (: Most of us weren't born to model. So we give guidance and direction throughout your engagement session (and your wedding day) to help you not feel lost and awkward. We love to create photos that are more natural and candid and that allows you to let loose.
